A little about me.

I’m Kristen Hoy, a brand marketing and communications strategist with 20+ years of experience building integrated and impactful programs for some of the world's most recognized brands.

My career has lived at the intersection of advertising and PR. I've led global agency teams at some of the world’s largest advertising and communications agencies, most recently as an Executive Vice President I’ve managed executive client relationships, driving instrumental change, building creative that gets the right attention and business impact. Along the way I've led the Dove brand purpose efforts, launched a partnership with Nike, brought brands to Coachella, built cultural agility programs from scratch and guided clients through high-pressure moments.

I founded Kristen Hoy Consulting to bring that senior experience directly to brands and agencies, with the flexibility to plug in where it matters most. Whether you need a strategic lead for a key business moment or launch, an extra senior brain on your team, or a partner to build something new, I roll up my sleeves and stay close to the work.

I'm originally from California but now based in charming NYC suburb of Maplewood, NJ, and love to work with clients across the globe. In my free time I love to spend tim exploring the beautiful northeast with my husband, two boys and cockapoo.
